The successful candidate will be a customer-centric SaaS sales leader with a deep understanding of the intersection between the creative and technology worlds. As the entrepreneurial Customer Success leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading the Customer Success team, building strong relationships with clients, and acting as a trusted agent of change to ensure the stickiness of the company's products. Your role will also involve overseeing renewals, designing and executing customer success playbooks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey.
To excel in this strategic role, you should have a proven track record in mid-market and enterprise SaaS, experience in leadership roles within growth-stage startups, and the ability to scale customer success for SaaS businesses. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills, including the ability to manage influence, a background in both post-sale and sales and a passion for solving customer problems. You must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to pass a pre-employment background check. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a relevant field, and demands a leader with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as an analytical, process-oriented mindset. A strong emphasis is placed on the ability to inspire and motivate teams, a deep understanding of recurring revenue business models, and a continuous desire for learning and improvement.
