The successful candidate will be tasked with developing long-term eCommerce strategies in line with organizational and retailer goals, leading the annual business planning process, and managing the budget for various online retail channels. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in e-commerce account management, particularly in the B&C, pure play, and delivery retail sectors. The VP will be expected to create and communicate both quantitative and qualitative goals, expand the e-commerce strategy to identify new revenue streams, and ensure the team is equipped to deliver thought-leading programs that impact national strategy.
Applicants must have at least 10 years' experience in e-commerce account management, with a background in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries. The role involves a significant amount of data analysis to drive action plans, as well as the ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships with senior management. The VP will also be responsible for the career development of the e-commerce sales team, monitoring market trends, and maintaining a competitive edge. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, and fluency in English is a must, with additional language skills being an advantage. The position demands a leader who can work both independently and in partnership with global counterparts to ensure a consistent and excellent e-commerce strategy.
