About the Role The Company is in search of a VP of Finance to oversee the financial operations within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fund LP reporting group, including the coordination of quarterly fund financial statements and the oversight of the year-end audit process. Additionally, the role involves managing the capital call and distribution process, assisting with investor correspondence, and ensuring fund legal operations and compliance are upheld. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, a CPA license, and a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a focus on PE or Hedge Fund clients.
