About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Global Benefits to lead the transformation of its benefits offering, ensuring it remains competitive and effective in attracting and retaining top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a global benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's diverse workforce and supports its innovative and adaptable culture. This role involves modernizing and harmonizing benefits across different geographies, including the management of complex pension schemes and collective bargaining agreements. The VP, Global Benefits will work closely with the Global Head of Rewards and other senior leaders to drive the development and recognition of the value that global benefits provide to employees.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in global benefits within a large multinational organization, with a preference for those with a background in manufacturing or heavy industry. Key skills include expertise in benefits administration transformation, compliance, and vendor management. The role requires the ability to manage complex relationships and a proven track record of creating sustainable benefits offerings. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving strategic change in a demanding environment and will have the ability to develop credibility with senior leadership and internal stakeholders. Additional language skills are advantageous.
