Key responsibilities include ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance with employment law and company guidelines, leading and coaching the HR team, overseeing investigations and serving as the Chief Negotiator for collective bargaining agreements.
Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of ten years of HR experience, with at least five years in a management role. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is required. The role demands a strong background in HR principles, employment law, and best practices, as well as experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and project management.
