The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of creative and thought-leading F&B experiences across various F&B disciplines, including catering, concession, culinary, restaurants, bars, and special event management. This role requires close collaboration with executive culinary leadership and facility and F&B management to ensure strategic alignment and the delivery of best-in-class customer experiences. The VP will also be tasked with continuous benchmarking to guarantee that the company's F&B offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
Candidates for this position must have a 4-year bachelor's degree or a related level of experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role. Essential qualifications include an excellent understanding of current industry standards, a proven track record in creating innovative F&B programs, and exceptional leadership and motivational skills. The role demands the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance creative innovation with operational feasibility, and effectively manage financial targets. Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to articulate and implement cutting-edge ideas are also essential. The VP will be expected to travel extensively at times and must be capable of maintaining a professional, courteous, and responsive demeanor that reflects positively on the company.
