This role requires a proven leader with at least 10 years' of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership position, preferably within a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include driving the product lifecycle, improving shipping velocity and quality, and balancing a data-driven approach with intuition and user insights. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, improving documentation, and championing a data-driven culture. Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms is highly desirable.
