About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. As the Vice President of Sales, the role involves representing the company at customer meetings and trade shows, delivering sales and technical product presentations, and working closely with the product development team to meet customer needs. The candidate should be an effective business leader, capable of managing a sales team, and be prepared to travel as needed, including participation in annual trade shows. Key responsibilities also include implementing strategic sales and account plans, managing P&L, and ensuring the company's goals for growth are met. The position demands a self-sufficient, organized, and goal-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in driving strategic growth.
