About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Tax to oversee the day-to-day operations of its corporate tax team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing all aspects of the corporate tax function, including forecasting the annual effective tax rate, recording quarterly tax provisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. This role involves hands-on involvement in the preparation and review of tax returns, as well as managing tax audits and controversies. The VP of Tax will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax disclosures and overseeing the global compliance process, working both with external service providers and internal resources to complete filings accurately and on time.

Applicants for the Vice President of Tax position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax provision and compliance, with a strong background in tax return preparation and provision. A degree in accounting is required, and a CPA or progress toward a CPA is highly desirable. Experience with partnerships and international tax compliance is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned tax professional capable of leading a team, managing multiple responsibilities, and ensuring the company's tax activities are in line with the latest regulations and best practices.
