The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and refining best practices in tax provision, transfer pricing, and various business tax compliance areas. This leadership role requires a strong background in corporate and international tax, including experience with M&A and cross-border tax issues. The Vice President of Tax will be responsible for managing a team, interacting with external auditors, and overseeing all aspects of the company's worldwide tax planning, reporting, audits, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a Master's degree and CPA are preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience.
