About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technical Accounting to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including preparing EPS calculations, technical accounting memos for various business scenarios, and assisting the C-suite with the preparation of periodic filings and financial statements. This role also involves leading the implementation of new accounting standards and policies, as well as working closely with external auditors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, be a CPA, and have at least 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including a background in public accounting. Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP, the ability to adapt to a demanding environment, and high-level critical thinking are essential.
