About the Role The Company is seeking a Director/VP of Project Finance to spearhead the development and execution of project financing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both debt and tax equity transactions, from coordinating due diligence to final execution. This role involves maintaining and cultivating relationships with third-party consultants, lawyers, and outside experts, as well as identifying new financing opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (Master's preferred), at least 4 years' experience in renewables, and a proven track record in project finance, particularly in leading complex transactions to closure. Strong financial modeling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders are essential.
