The successful candidate will be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of all sales operations with the company's goals. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in sales operations within a similar enterprise software environment. The role requires a leader with strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a proven track record in driving revenue growth, and proficiency in sales process optimization and performance management. Experience with Salesforce and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. The VP will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
