Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, plus five years of experience in developing advisory solutions and strategies within the global insurance marketplace. The role requires expertise in all stages of the insurance broking process, including risk analytics, marketing, policy placement, and business strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing business-critical relationships, leading complex insurance brokerage services, and evaluating emerging risks and trends. Responsibilities also include fostering the development of junior colleagues and minimizing legal and regulatory risks. The position demands a proactive, client-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
