Categories Legacy SystemsSoftware About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead the organization responsible for providing the materials, hardware, and resources necessary for the production of its innovative aerospace technology. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to build a best-in-class, responsive, and data-driven supply chain management organization. This role involves defining and implementing processes to ensure the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing to delivery, is aligned with the company's aggressive production schedule. The Vice President will also be instrumental in scaling the company's launch vehicle production and will be expected to lead core supply chain programs, establish foundational processes, and drive procurement campaigns.

Candidates for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years' of operations-focused experience in a high-mix, development environment. A strong background in team leadership, procurement, supply management, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or production planning and control is essential. The role requires experience in defining requirements for and implementing enterprise application systems, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships across various teams. While not mandatory, experience with new product introduction in aerospace manufacturing and working knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS systems are considered advantageous.
