Applicants must have an advanced degree in a relevant field such as a Juris Doctor, Master in Social Work, Education, or Psychology, and a minimum of 10 years experience in program design and management, particularly in training for legal and social work professionals. The role requires a strong background in adult learning and content development, as well as a proven track record of supervising and managing professional teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the well-being of immigrant and refugee children, a commitment to innovative leadership, and the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in online training design, program monitoring, and evaluation, and a history of successful partnership building are essential.
