Description PAY RATE: $50,606.40 Annually (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Leads and manages all aspects of Recruitment, Admissions, Volunteer and Member Care, and AmeriCorps for individuals and groups, specifically those in CAP's Sandy Valley region. Works to ensure the highest quality CAP volunteer and member experience. Focuses on strategy, vision, growth, and scope of all Volunteer Program components to meet the needs of the Human Service programs.

Leads and develops program and assigned components to ensure alignment with departmental goals and CAP's mission, strategic plan, and outcomes models. Works closely with the manager in the sister region to ensure quality and consistency in programming.

Develop trust, inspire teamwork, and lead the team to achieve results that further CAP's mission by working alongside staff, providing personal and professional development opportunities for the team, recognition, coaching, team building, and correction. Recruits, selects, and trains team members.

Manages the planning, organizing, budgets, and utilization of resources for projects of assigned components, including all Groups hosting facilities in the Sandy Valley region.

Qualifications

Associates In a Related Field Required

2 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience

Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required

CAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain) Required

Non-Contagious TB Test Result Required
