The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced finance leader to lead the business side of implementing Oracle ERP/EPM for the Global Finance organization as part of Mattel's Next Gen Finance transformation. The position will report into Mattel's Chief Financial Officer.
What Your Impact Will Be: Collaborate regularly with the finance leadership team (FLT), the systems implementer, global process leads and project leads to support the success of the Oracle ERP / EPM implementation and long term finance transformation programs. Partner closely with the FLT, Human Resources and other Global Finance leaders to support the talent management strategy for the project implementation helping to support retention and recognition of critical project resources Act as the escalation point for issue resolution Drive "end-to-end" process management and governance for enterprise-wide processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, A2R) Develop the vision and strategy for each of the respective end-to-end processes Drive transformation and innovation across the end-to-end process and supporting technology, service delivery model, people, data, KPIs etc. Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement, adherence, and proactively propose enhancements to global standards Define and monitor metrics and KPI's to identify and address performance gaps and improvement opportunities Oversee the overall training strategy, needs assessments, and development of training curriculum and materials, including Organizational Change Management (OCM); partner closely with the assigned OCM resources to support successful rollout and adoption Lead and/or participate in meetings with our external consulting partner regarding business issues affecting the scope and execution of the implementation effort Conduct discovery sessions with our external consulting partner Define information requests to be passed on to the project team Manage/oversee completion of tasks in the project plan Co-facilitate sessions to develop new business processes and functional designs Support data extraction and validation efforts and remediation efforts for testing phases Ready and migrate the workstreams for go-live Qualifications:

What We're Looking For: BS/BA required (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred) CPA or MBA preferred 15+ years' experience in roles of increasing complexity including experience in large-scale/global system implementation efforts Experience implementing Oracle ERP/EPM at global/matrixed organizations either in house or in consulting capacity Experience working in a complex operating environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management, internal and external Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload High degree of initiative, drive, confidence, resilience and ability to influence cross-functionally Flexible and teamwork oriented Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
