JOB SUMMARY
This position leads and oversees lead management, lead routing, and workforce management. This role requires strong partnerships with the business, marketing, and training teams to ensure seamless operations and drive sales performance.
SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement strategies for effective lead management, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.
* Optimize lead routing processes to ensure leads are directed to the appropriate mortgage professionals for maximum conversion.
* Oversee workforce planning and management to ensure the sales team is adequately staffed and trained to meet business goals.
* Partnership with Finance and HR partners to plan future hiring needs
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with business, marketing, and training teams to align sales operations with overall company objectives.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
* Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and performance.
* Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales operations performance and areas for improvement.
* Regular travel to different Mr. Cooper site locations will be required, up to 25% per month
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree with major course work in a related discipline preferred
* Proven experience in sales operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of lead management, lead routing, and workforce management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM software, mortgage lending technology and sales analytics tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* This position is primarily a sedentary position performed in an office setting performing tasks at a desk or workstation and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. The role also involves movement such as sitting, standing, walking and light lifting.
* The specific functions are dependent upon the position, but key responsibilities may involve utilizing computer systems and software applications to complete a variety of tasks, including typing, data entry, preparing reports, managing documents and/or files and communicating with customers or colleagues. The ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities is also critical.
* The position requires the ability to communicate effectively and to participate in virtual or in person meetings. The position requires the ability to commute by car, public transportation or other means of transportation because travel to the office is required at least occasionally and dependent upon the position, every scheduled workday.
