Key Responsibilities:Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, hard copy, drafting documents...)Supports & participated in communication throughout the regionResearch projects/compilation as neededArrange and coordinate conference calls, region meetings and training sessionsPrepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements and e-transfersPrepare/maintain regional staff/client/unit directory databaseWork with Compass payroll and maintain 'MAP' Manager Access to Personnel to resolve payroll issuesAssist with new unit openings & corp. branded programs as neededParticipate in Be-A-Star as chairperson for regionComplete all daily, weekly or monthly reports on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlinesAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsPerforms any other duties as assigned by regional team Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsExperience writing routine reports and correspondenceExperience speaking effectively before groups of managersExperience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volumeExperience in applying concepts of basic algebra and geometryExperience in operating a standard computer, including basic use of MS applications such as Excel and Word and PowerPointFresh and Ready Foodsmaintains a drug-free workplaceAbout Compass Group: Achieving leadership in the foodservice industryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
