Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse Lead with a safety mindset and champion safety procedures and training Oversee and develop warehouse managers and associates, drive engagement and retention Create a cohesive organization, build high-performing teams, and develop production flow processes Identify and stop waste, improve processes and approve operation plan for daily loads Monitor operational data, ensure integrity of products, and oversee warehouse maintenance Assist in union facilities and perform other duties as assigned Role based in Washington, salary range $100,000-$120,000, plus benefits. 10% travel required. Minimum of 5 years warehouse supervision experience. High school diploma or GED required. HACCP certification and PCQI certification a plus.
