The Wellness Center Manager reports directly to the Ownership.
The Role
Bespoke Wellness is a well-established business located in Alameda, California. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will assume the role of wellness center manager, taking on operations and administrative duties, while continuing to grow the business and the team.
The Wellness Center Manager works side-by-side with our executive management team, which will open the path to company equity.
We are seeking a person with a passion for wellness, a strong business sensibility, and a core drive to help people thrive through experiencing Bespoke's outstanding wellness offerings.

The Wellness Center Manager leads change with ease and positivity in a shifting and dynamic environment. This includes regular communication with the executive team, providers, and the administrative staff.
The role of the Wellness Center Manager is based in Alameda, CA. Working onsite at Bespoke Wellness is expected and essential in this role. This is not a remote position.

Day - to - Day
As an ambassador and enthusiast for the Bespoke Wellness brand, you will show up daily with an unwavering focus on operational excellence, business savvy, and team growth and development.
Administrative
Payroll coordinationManage relationships, communication and payments with outside vendorsUse technology platforms: Booker, Google, Jane, Uzio, Nextiva, etc.Organize and maintain shared documents and resourcesAttend bimonthly and weekly meetingsDistribute mail and coordinate meetings
Development
Hire and train front desk and service providersCoach and develop front desk teamSupport development of new programs, groups and workshopsPlan for program growth, develop 1, 3, and 5 year planManage marketing systems: newsletters, social media, word-of-mouth, basic website upkeep
Client Management
Ongoing phone, text and email communicationsManage waiting listScheduling clientsEnsure completion and updating of client paperworkProvide feedback regarding Center/Client communicationSuper bills for insurance reimbursement
Compliance
Support Center compliance with Covid policy'sCompliance for each license board - cosmetology, massage therapy, acupunctureSales tax filings

Requirements Must have:
BA/BS in health care administration, business, management, marketing, or work experience equivalent.3+ years of experience in an administrative, managerial, project management, operations or office manager role Preferred but not a deal breaker:
