Job DescriptionSales Manager (Multi-Unit)Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1,300 Wireless Retailer outlets in North America, with a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. As a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations. Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online, training. What is in it for you? Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPIs. Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top performance in your market. Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations. Foster's professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates. Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client. Qualifications Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Management experience preferred. Wireless or related experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
