Key Responsibilities:
Hit Department Financial and Productivity Targets
Training and Professional Development
All department issues are owned and solved.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Responsible for hitting department financial and productivity goals.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and check-ins with direct reports
Strategize 6 months to 1 year out; actively contribute to building the Department's plan and structure.
Assists with project plan development; coordinates and communicates changes in progress on plans; Completes projects on time and budget.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Identify and resolve problems promptly.
Implements new policies and procedures and ensures all are being followed.
Actively participate and speak up.
Say what needs to be said, when it needs to be said, with love and respect.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy school, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or credentialed Developmental Therapist.
At least five years of clinical experience in Physical, Occupational, Speech, Developmental, or BCBA experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior management experience strongly preferred but not required
Knowledge of financial management required
Must have knowledge of therapy discipline and all treatment settings in which Milestone works OR be willing to learn
