About the Role The Company is in search of a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) to oversee its day-to-day operations and lead the achievement of its annual business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire inventory of key assets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and providing a high level of member satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience, preferably in a private club or a similar hospitality operation. The GM/COO will be expected to coordinate and implement Board policies, improve operational efficiency, and be a visionary leader who can make bold decisions to enhance the member experience.

Applicants for the GM/COO position at the company should possess a strong background in financial management, be technologically proficient, and have a proven track record of working effectively with boards and committees. The role demands an individual with outstanding communication skills, a deep respect for the company's history and traditions, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
