LHH is partnering with our client in Alameda, CA. We are seeking an experience accounting professional to work in an interim Controller role. The role will allow you to flex and utilize your experience in accounting operations, leadership, financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance along with 10 years of progressive accounting experience
CPA a plus
Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
Proven track record of building an accounting team
ERP expertise- SAP, Oracle highly preferred
Advanced Excel
Ability to lead and develop accounting teams
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead the accounting and finance team to operational success. You will work with the team to achieve excellence and accuracy in everyday accounting protocols (AP, AR, Reconciliations) and ensure a smooth month end close process that meets our objectives and audit guidelines.
