Culinary Team Member

Nura is a restaurant in Greenpoint that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment. We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Preparing menu items in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining knowledge of proper equipment use and tool handling
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Ability to receive and apply feedback
