Phillips Sign and Lighting Inc. is Southeast Michigan's premier sign company and we are hiring a **Part Time Custodian.**
**Phillips Sign & Lighting takes pride in all 3 of our facilities. Visitors are brought in regularly to tour our facilities and a clean and organized shop/office area are imperative to resonate with them.**
**Essential Functions:**
**Maintain a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others.**
**Cleans assigned areas to Phillips Sign & Lighting and clients standards.**
**Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash for our 3 facilities.**
**Properly cleans and maintains custodial equipment.**
**Maintain and monitor scrapping/recycling of materials.**
**Groundskeeping**
**Stocking and inventory of supplies**
**Ensures security of company assets**
**Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager**
