About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Brooklyn Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of care delivery, ensuring staff compliance with regulations and policies, and driving efforts to address any concerns. This role involves the effective development and oversight of the management team, as well as collaboration with the finance department to maintain and operate within a program budget. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building strong relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and licensing standards.

Applicants must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a significant amount of experience in senior care program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development for vulnerable seniors, supervisory experience in health or social services, and a history of driving initiatives to improve the patient experience. The role requires a leader who can mentor and develop other team members, is adept at using data to drive decision-making, and is committed to fostering an environment of care and compliance.
