A busy legal office is seeking a Legal Assistant who is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage legal and medical records, assist with paperwork, and ensure accuracy in filings. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal staff.

Responsibilities Include: File and organize legal and medical records accurately. Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and filed in a timely manner. Review spreadsheets and ensure all data is correct and updated. Draft letters and legal correspondence. Maintain and organize documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on various administrative tasks. Handle client inquiries and maintain excellent client relations. Ideal Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent writing and communication abilities. Ability to read through and manage spreadsheets. Prior experience in a legal office or with legal documentation is a plus. Interpersonal skills to effectively work with both clients and colleagues.
