Responsibilities:

•Provide general administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering calls, copying, distributing mail, and ad-hoc projects.

•Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication

•Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

•Update databases and records with financial, personnel and other information.

•Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.

•Answering customer questions, providing information, processing orders, and addressing complaints.

•Collaborate with other teams including Customer Service, Purchasing, and Accounting providing administrative and clerical support on a regular basis.

•Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services as requested.

•Assisting with accounts receivable including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.

•Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items.

•Responsible for day-to-day collection activities including contacting past due customers to secure payments

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent required.

•At least two years of clerical experience and bookkeeping preferred.

•Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.

•Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning .

•Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
