Purchasing/Sales Clerk

Duties/Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Accounting Departments
Prepare purchase orders.
Keep track of purchase orders to ensure they arrive on schedule.
Handle inquiries about orders and requests for quotes from customers
Research vendors and collect specifications, prices, and other data related to goods and
services.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of clerical experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
