About the RoleThe Quality Engineer is responsible for the successful implementation/execution and continuous improvement of the cross-functional problem management process, the management of warranty claims, and the coordination of hold management.Your Responsibilities Ensuring that deviations from production specifications are consistently detected, documented, analyzed, controlled, processed, and reported by implementing a stable issue management process. Ensuring that field and customer feedback is consistently collected, documented, analyzed, controlled, and processed and reported within the issue management process. Cross-functional coordination between production/planning/supplier management/logistics. Contact person for audits on the main tasks of issue management.
