Supervisor, Brewing (Night Shift)

A brewing supervisor oversees the beer production process, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to production schedules. They manage brewing staff, maintain equipment, enforce safety and sanitation protocols, and track inventory levels. Their role includes identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

Accountabilities: Lead by example and ensure the team follows all safety guidelines. Address any safety incidents promptly. Encourage proactive hazard identification and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local GMP, Quality, and Food Safety procedures and policies Monitor brewing, filtration, and production process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency Lead, coach, and mentor a team of brewers on multiple shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance, engagement, and collaboration Key Metrics & Financial Targets:TRIR & Safety Hazard Observations Right First Time Attainment (GFB production & blending) Blend Loss & GFB Loss Own:Production stability and attainment for dept Brewer development on night shifts Roll-outs of Brewing Dept initiatives and improvements Influence: Brewing & production schedule attainment Dept safety, quality, and food safety Critical Relationships:Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHSS, Tech Services Skills Needed To Be Successful:3+ years working in manufacturing environment Previous experience brewing, liquid blending, or other high-speed food/beverage manufacturing experience Proficient in the use of computer and software skills, such as MS Office, Teams, and email. Excel - proficient/intermediate
